Try something different Tonight-Lasagna filled with shrimps (and it is OK for diabetics, too!)

If you like fish and also enjoy your pasta, why not combine the two in this pasta dish - Shrimp Stuffed Lasagna?

This shrimp sauteed Onions and mix-style fried veggies, wrapped in lasagna noodles is a delightful way of serving your family a meal that is out of the ordinary.

In this one you will have vegetables, cereals and seafood. Add a crisp green salad and you hav a quick and easy meal that is sure to impress your family and friends.

LASAGNA NOODLES STUFFED WITH SHRIMPS
6 lasagne noodles
1 clove garlic, minced '
1 pkg (10-oz) frozen green beans French style, thawed
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 pkg. (6-oz) frozen, defrosted shrimp

Cook the tagliatelle lasagne in accordance with the instructions of the packet; drain and keep warm.

Spray a wok or large skillet with spray kitchen antiaderante. heat on high until medium hot. Add garlic skillet and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add the green beans, carrot, green onion and stir-fry for about 30 secconds.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry 1 minute or until all veggies are crisp tender.

In a small bowl combine Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and cornstarch; shake until dissolution. Add the mixture to skillet and continue to Cook, stirring often, until the sauce is thickened and bubbly. Add shrimp and stir-fry for another minute or until shrimp are pink.

To assemble, place lasagna noodles on serving plate and spoon 1/6 of shrimp mixture evenly down the center of every noodle. bend the long end of tagliatelle stuffing. ready to serve even if you can top with some marinara sauce without sugar if they wish.
